Your plan looks really good. I like the way you have built in several time slots to survey students and staff to find the effectiveness of the tutorials. Are there any other ways you are going to see if the tutorials are effective...check grades, testing, etc.? I just know that sometimes kids think it is helping, but then they are really not getting it. Keep up the good work. Good Luck!
ReplyDeleteIt does look really good. I have to agree with Amber and her question regarding the evaluation process of your plan. I think the placement of your surveys, then followed by staff development is a nice piece of your plan. You may think about asking parents who are willing to fill out a survey as well. Just a thought.
ReplyDeleteBryan,
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for sharing your action research plan. Learning more about the effectiveness of tutorials is definitely relevant and important to your specific campus, and your outcome will be interesting to share. Keep up the great work!
